To purchase from our back room selections:

1. Send your order to us at info@dorothyhafner.com Include your full name, mailing and shipping addresses, phone and fax numbers as well as your email address.

2. If your selection is still available we will send you an invoice, and hold your piece for 15 days awaiting your remittance. We accept checks and money orders only, sorry, no credit cards.

3. Upon receipt of payment your purchase will be shipped to you via UPS ground service, fully insured. If you wish expedited service, please inform us when ordering.

4. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Returns must be received in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

5. If there is any damage to the contents, please save all packing materials for inspection by UPS so that a damage claim can be made.
